Scholarships provide tuition assistance and job opportunities

For nursing students

Broward College and Broward Health have partnered to offer an upper-level $6,000 BSN Annual Scholarship to selected students. This scholarship will assist the students financially in completing either the last year or last two years of a four-year generic nursing degree program.

Criteria:

  • Student must be accepted into a “generic” BSN program at one of Florida’s PUBLIC state accredited universities.
  • Student must be fully admitted and registered into the first semester of a generic BSN program.
  • Student must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Student must have been a previous student at Broward College (have been admitted and successfully completed some coursework).
  • NOTE: Students enrolled in an RN-BSN program are NOT eligible at this time.

    • Awarded students will be obligated to a full-time employment agreement, at Broward Health, equal to the number of years sponsored.
